Individual Registration
$50.00 Early bird discount available for individual registration until cutoff date.


Group Registration
A $50.00 per registrant group discount is available for groups of 4 or more from the same organization. Upon registration you will be asked to assign your group a leader for contact information. You may request an E-Invoice, if combining the group in one payment or use PayPal Service to pay by credit card or PayPal.

Early Bird not available for group registrations.
Limit of one discount per registration.

Fee
The fee for this 3 day workshop is $650.00.
Early Bird Discount ($600.00 until 2-14-2015).
Group discounts available, see group registration to the left. The fee includes morning coffee, and materials.

Cancellation
Cancellation prior to March 14th, 2015 registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. If after this date you determine you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration with another person. Sorry, no refunds after the cutoff date. Please call or email details of the person being substituted so we may keep them updated.
